FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to device to translate processed workpiece and may be used in high-precision process equipment, e.g. for laser processing. Proposed rotary table comprises bed, two armatures with m-phase windings mounted at said bed, rotor mounted in bearings arranged at said bed and equipped with magnets secured thereto to make variable-pole structure. Spacing of variable-pole structure equals the pole division. Note here that working table is secured to rotor. Axis of symmetry 14 of armature 3 is shifted relative to axis of symmetry 15 of armature 2 through angle equal to 2t/m.
