A case suitable for an electronic device having a display screen, in particular a tablet computer, comprises a case body 12 shaped to closely surround a periphery of the electronic device. A panel member 14 depends from the case body 12, and is foldable between a storage condition and one or more usage conditions. In one usage condition a first portion 14A-D of the panel member 14 is folded at an angle relative to a further portion 14A-D of the panel member 14 so as to be capable of supporting the case body 12 at a viewing angle relative to a support surface on which the case is located (see figure 1). In another configuration part 14A is folded along lines 32, 34 so that the edges of the panel 14A form ramps upon which the case body 12 rests at an angle of less than 45º. In an alternative embodiment the case may be portable and comprise a frame structure having a first electrical connector (62, fig. 8) located in a wall thereof for connection with a corresponding connector in the electronic device. A portable data storage device (52, fig.7) having pre-stored multimedia data thereon, may be inserted into the case.
