A packing apparatus is described comprising two handling devices (10) arranged facing one another, each handling device comprising first and second pushing means (12) respectively configured for folding a first and a second flap of a carton and supporting means (34; 35) configured for supporting said first pushing means with the possibility of adjusting the mutual distance between said first and second pushing means.
