PURPOSE: A driving system for an electric vehicle is provided to secure crash safety by functioning as a collision absorber. CONSTITUTION: A driving system for an electric vehicle comprises a high voltage battery(400) installed in an engine room, a motor(410) provided with current from the high voltage battery, and an electronic element(420) which is electrically connected to the battery and motor. An assistant battery(402) is electrically connected to the high voltage battery. The driving system for an electric vehicle can be operated by the assistant battery. The motor is driven by the high voltage battery and assistant battery. |
