PURPOSE: A real-time inspection method for ultrasonic welding is provided to check a welding state while performing ultrasonic welding. CONSTITUTION: A real-time inspection method for ultrasonic welding comprises a welding step(S100) for performing ultrasonic welding; a measuring step(S110) for measuring vibrations generated during welding by a measuring sensor; a pre-processing step(S120) for amplifying the measured vibrations or converting the measured vibrations into a different signal; an evaluating step(S130) for evaluating the quality of welding by directly analyzing the type of the measured vibrations or analyzing the converted signal; and a display step(S150) for displaying the evaluated welding quality to the outside.
