FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical apparatus contain distal element, made with possibility of placing on it unit of pneumatically driven instrument. Apparatus can also contain pneumatic drive element. Pneumatic drive element is made with possibility of creating, at least, one driving movement when, at least, one pneumatic signal is obtained from pneumatic energy source, connected with it in pneumohydraulic way. Unit of driving roller is connected with pneumatic drive element to transmit driving movements to distally installed pneumatically driven instrument.
