The brake device comprises a pivotable connection plate (32) and a friction wheel that is rotatable with the cable drum, where the connection plate blocks the friction wheel in an orientation. The connection plate has a contact surface for contacting the friction wheel, where the driving apparatus is designed as a roll spring.
