A nanoklystron relates to electric engineering, in particular to teracycle vacuum electromagnetic generators. Between the main toroidal resonator and an electron reflector an auxiliary resonator is installed. The resonator has circular operating frequency, where n = 3.5 – number of oscillation harmonics, f-oscillation frequency. An interaction gap is formed by two flat grids parallel to plains of first and second grids of the first and second resonators; each grid is made as a matrix with circular openings. Adjacent grids of the interaction gaps of the main and auxiliary resonators are united. A waveguide arrangement for transmission of high-frequency energy to a load is installed in the auxiliary resonator. The technical result is increase of the generator output signal power while operating frequency increases within teracycle interval. |
