An apparatus for laser-ultrasonic treatment of metals has a laser emitter with a fiber-optic light guide and an ultrasonic radiator with a single for superimposed or with multiple-head for combined thermal-deformation action by tips mounted perpendicularly or at an angle 30-45° to the work surface and 4-axis table with independent linear drives and stepper motors. An ultrasonic head, where a tool is mounted, is made in the form of a transparent ball and a roller or rods with a spherical end face, for example, made of artificial sapphire or fused quartz polished to R≤0,1 microns. |
