A method for the topical treatment of the generalized periodontitis comprises for the use of the compositions of natural origin. The solution prepared from St.-John's-wort are used for oral baths. The instillations and applications of the gel on the gingivae are provided. The gel contains the tincture of the and St.-John's-wort, and Enterosgel.
