Mixer with grinding and dispersion device

The mixer has a mixing tool e.g. shaft, mixing bucket, axle and a chopper (13), where a shaft (7) of the chopper is bilaterally supported. Multiple knives (10) of the chopper consist of two cutter halves such that the cutter halves are removed from the shaft of the chopper. The knives are attached at the shaft by a form fit. A distance ring (11) is provided between the cutters for form-fit connection. A pressing device produces pressing pressure between the cutters and the distance ring. The cutters and the distance ring are arranged between two support rings (14). An independent claim is also included for a knife for a mixer.
