FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining. Proposed complex consists of intake bin 2 arranged above heading thrust surface and plate 3 arranged there above and hinged to bin wall opposite the loaded dump truck approach side. Said plate is composed of two-arm lever with ledge, its outer part being shaped in circle arc corresponding to radius of dump truck front wheels. Brackets are secured at plate free end, their ends being connected via snub pulleys 15 with drums 17 of winch provided with common drive with normally closed brake. Output of winch drive motor 19 is set to run in generator mode when plate is loaded by dump truck rear wheels in dumping.EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower power intensity.1 dwg
