A method of fastening a crystalline corundum workpiece, wherein a bonding surface of a device and a workpiece are coated at room temperature with a thin layer of adhesive resin solution in a solvent at a concentration of 5-50 %, and naturally dried, after which in a recess of the device a binding compound is located and pressed to abutment with the device. As a binder a wax-clay mixture is used, and the workpiece is pressed simultaneously to several devices so that the workpiece surface to be subject to further processing is oriented horizontally. |
