FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of an insert billet by winding on a holder of fibrous material with a binding agent, polymerisation, removal of the insert billet from the holder and performance of its mechanical and high-temperature treatments. When manufacturing the insert billet, helicoid winding of woven band prepreg on the holder is performed; the above band has longitudinal bend in the middle and orientation of fibres of its warp and weft at angles to longitudinal edge of the band, which are close to the value, and compression of bend to the holder with thread located in the bend. Then, wound layers of the band are compressed along the holder axis with their being fixed between washers, and polymerisation is performed. After that, the insert billet is removed from the holder and its mechanical and high-temperature treatment is performed.EFFECT: improving manufacturing quality of the insert with a nozzle.4 dwg |
