FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: spacer frame is designed to ensure stiffness of design of loader reservoirs and is made of longitudinal and transverse elements of round cross section from concrete reinforced with composite bars. The longitudinal and transverse elements are connected by a fixation assembly, which is arranged in the place of their connection in the form of a groove with a cartridge at the end of the transverse element and comprises a fastener and a hole for its assembly on the longitudinal element. Composite bars of the longitudinal element have large cross section than bars of the transverse element. Longitudinal and transverse elements may be coated with a polymer film.EFFECT: invention provides for environmental compatibility, corrosion resistance and long-term operation of a spacer frame.3 cl, 4 dwg |
