A folding bit of furniture comprises an upper part forming a working surface, a lower part forming a base, at least one supporting part consisting of two interlinked rods. The inner sides of the upper part and base are equipped with braces fastened in openings with grooves at the periphery of upper part of the bit of furniture and its base by means of metal inserts and opposite located central thrusts for fixing the supporting part therein. The adjacent ends of rods are coupled to each other by means of a double coupling with right-hand and left-hand threads respectively. |
