A spindle unit of metal-cutting machine in the spindle of which there is a quill connected with lead screw to the rod of stabilizer of velocity of its translational motion arranged as a hydro-cylinder placed in the central opening of the spindle, besides that the lead screw is equipped with brake and two opposite threadings, to each of those a nut is related, this has coupling clutch, and the cavities of the hydro-cylinder are connected with channels in which slide and throttles are placed, at that on the nut of cutting feed load sensor is installed, this is connected through comparison and programmed devices to mechanism of control of feed throttle. |
