<p>The method involves dividing frequency range of hearing aid apparatus into several frequency bands. The adjacent frequency bands are combined into groups (G1-G3) of frequency bands. The frequency bands (W1-W3) are selected from groups of frequency bands. The selected frequency bands are made as objective frequency bands (D1-D3). The amplification of signal component of input signal among selected frequency band is performed based on signal component of input signal among frequency bands which are not selected. An independent claim is included for hearing aid apparatus.</p> |
