A gas flow inlet speed control device is provided at the sampling tube inlet. Outlet end of the tube is mounted rigidly on the base. At that, the above base with outer diameter is mounted in a transfer sleeve with inner diameter d, and inner diameter of transfer sleeve is rather large so that inlet end of the tube can pass through the inner diameter of the transfer sleeve.
