A communications method between entities in mobile communications system with increased feedback quantity and communications system are provided to improve communications by varying a method for assigning a uplink resource. A communications method between entities in mobile communications system with increased feedback quantity comprises the following steps: a step for receiving a protocol data unit(PDU) including a media access control(MAC) header; a step for determining whether at least one additional field exists or not in the MAC header from a field of a MAC header; and a step for transmitting information in response to contents of at least one additional field. At least one additional field includes information related to at least one uplink and down link communications resources. |
