<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molded article with a deformed cross sectional shape and a manufacturing method of the same, wherein curving and warping are not generated in an unintended direction even when cooling the article to near the room temperature after extrusion molding. <P>SOLUTION: The long extrusion molded article 80 with the deformed cross sectional shape is provided with a body part 80A and a reinforcing part 80B formed in the longitudinal direction with the given cross sectional shape. The reinforcing part 80B is made of a polymer material which includes a higher mixing ratio of crystalline resin than a polymer material constituting the body part 80A, and exhibits a hardness higher than that of the body part 80A when solidified, and is formed in a part of a surface having a greater thickness and higher crystallinity in the body part 80A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
