PURPOSE: An underwater anti-washout grout composition is provided to control solidification time by using calcium-based cement and gypsum and to have excellent adhesive performance, water resistance, and environmental friendly property. CONSTITUTION: An underwater anti-washout grout composition consists of 65.000-94.980 weight% of a binder, 5.000-25.000 weight% of water, 0.001-5.000 weight% of grout admixture, and 0.001-5.000 weight% of liquid fluidifier. The binder consists of 32-71.99 weight% of sand, 24-45 weight% of cement, 1-10 weight% of calcium-based cement, 1-10 weight% of gypsum, and 0.01-3 weight% of 12CaO7Al2O3 or C11A7CaF2. The grout admixture comprises 11.0000-78.7790 weight% a low viscosity tackifier, 15.0000-25.0000weight% of high viscosity tackifier, 0.0100-2.0000 weight% of water-resistant resin, 0.0010-1.0000 weight% of powder fludifier, 1.0000-20.0000 weight% of an EOPO-based foaming agent, 0.1000-7.0000 weight% of a silicon-based foaming agent, 0.1000-7.0000 weight% of strengthening agent, 5.0000-25.0000 weight% of a foaming agent, and 0.01000-2.000 weight% of a workability preserver.
