The device (1) has a gripping unit (6) with a gripping head (7) integrated with a hollow body (2) of thermoplastic material preform. The gripping unit presents a bore (9) emerged through the gripping head, where the bore is in rectilinear or cylindrical shape. The bore presents an upstream opening (13) for injecting aseptic or pressurized fluid and a downstream opening (14) in the gripping head. The upstream opening presents a narrowing part in a transversal-section along a direction of the downstream opening.
