A poultry processing line consists of two carousel units and a centrifuge, each of the carousel units comprises supporting part of a circular shape, which is mounted on legs and consists of sections. The first carousel unit comprises a section of poultry electrical stunning, a bleeding chute, a heat treatment bath and a bird-reversion section, and the second carousel unit comprises an evisceration section and a cooling vat. In doing so the supporting part of each of the units is fixed to the vertical leg by the rigidity ribs arranged radially. In the upper part of said leg segments are arranged radially around a circle in such a manner as to allow lifting (lowering) thereof. Each of said segments comprises at least 10 pendants for poultry carcasses. |
