A method for selection of indications for surgical treatment of chronic pleurisy, combined with pulmonary tuberculosis by clinical examination, microbiological and radiation research. The condition of the patient bacillarity is determined by the presence in patient sputum of Mycobacterium tuberculosis followed by classification stages.
