FIELD: veterinary medicine.SUBSTANCE: fresh drop of milk in the amount of 2.0-2.5 mcl is applied on fat free object-plate placed true-horizontally and dried at a temperature of about 20°C to obtain the structure of the solid phase. Then it is examined under a microscope and, in case of detecting the radial cracks on the edges of the drop and in its middle, the disease of subclinical mastitis is diagnosed in cows.EFFECT: method enables to diagnose subclinical mastitis in cows quickly and accurately.2 dwg, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
