摘要 The movable joining device comprises a joining unit, which is movably located on a seem-like guide device arranged at an outer side of structural components (2a, 2b) of an aircraft to interconnect joining edges (3a, 3b) of the structural components. The joining unit comprises a welding unit (4) movable on the guide device, where the welding unit is equipped as a tool with a Bobbin-tool (11) for friction agitating welding. The movable welding unit comprises a carrier wagon, which is moveable along the guide device over a drive motor and carries a welding head (7) to retain the Bobbin-tools. The movable joining device comprises a joining unit, which is movably located on a seem-like guide device arranged at an outer side of structural components (2a, 2b) of an aircraft to firmly interconnect positioned joining edges (3a, 3b) of the structural components neighboring to each other. The joining unit comprises a welding unit (4) movable on the guide device, where the welding unit is equipped as a tool with a Bobbin-tool (11) for friction agitating welding. The movable welding unit comprises a carrier wagon, which is moveable along the guide device over a drive motor and carries a welding head (7) to retain the Bobbin-tools. The welding head is moveably attached at the carrier wagon in a vertical direction and/or horizontal direction. The carrier wagon is horizontally formed between the axles in an articulated manner to provide an even support on the three-dimensionally running guide device. The device further comprises a separation unit movable on the guide device to separate the structural components before welding to final dimensions. An outer side of the guide device is detachably secured, in the region of the joining edges, at the structural components. The carrier profiles comprise a flat or L-shaped cross-section. A guide rail is formed at each carrier profile, where the guide rail comes positively at the carrier wagon to guide and to retain process-conditional lateral forces to the intervention. The carrier wagon is moveable over gear wheels along the guide device, where carrier profiles of the carrier wagon are formed as rack gears. The carrier wagon comprises a sensing unit for quality control or regulating welding operation.
