摘要 <p>A design support device shortening TAT in designing a gate drive circuit is provided. The device comprises: a circuit analysis unit that calculates a switching voltage of a semiconductor element by using a parameter of the circuit element included in the gate drive circuit that controls switching of the semiconductor element; an electromagnetic field analysis unit that calculates an electromagnetic radiation noise generated in a system, on which the gate drive circuit is mounted, by the switching voltage; a first determination unit that determines whether the electromagnetic radiation noise is at a target value; a first circuit improvement unit that improves a parameter of the circuit element so as to suppress electromagnetic radiation noise where the electromagnetic radiation noise is not at the target value; and a noise estimation unit that estimates the electromagnetic radiation noise based on the switching voltage calculated by the circuit analysis unit by using the improved parameter. A central processing device optimizes the parameter of the circuit element (see Figure 4 ).</p>
