FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: automated analytical information system of monitoring regulatory acts and law enforcement practice is meant for collecting and analysing information for improving legislation and law enforcement practice. The system consists of a unit for collecting and processing proposals for improving legislation obtained from experts of legal departments, a databank unit containing information on conclusions of thesis researches, analytical materials, information on authorship, which enables to quickly find the expert for drafting the required regulatory act, a forum unit which allows communication between experts of legal departments which enables to avoid errors at the initial phase of creating the regulatory act, an analytical unit which enables to find shortcomings of the law by analysing a system of regulatory acts contained in any reference legal systems.EFFECT: high efficiency and broader functional capabilities of creating a database.2 dwg |
