FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, more specifically to expression constructs, and may be used for immunoglobulin expression. An expression vector contains one open reading frame (sORF) insert which contains a first sequence of nucleic acid coding a first polypeptide; a first intermediate sequence of nucleic acid coding a first protein cleavage site containing an autoprocessing element with an intein segment providing proteolytic sORF polypeptide cleavage between the first polypeptide and the intein segment and the second polypeptide, but not ligation of said first polypeptide with said second polypeptide; and a second sequence of nucleic acid coding the second polypeptide.
