<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool each of batteries with the number of batteries in a state used in connection in series or in parallel, and to efficiently cool the batteries even if the structure is for preventing induction of thermal runaway of the batteries. <P>SOLUTION: A battery pack unit is provided with a plurality of batteries 1, a battery holder 2 with each of the batteries 1 arranged in multistage and multiseriate states, a connection plate 3 connected to an end face electrode of each of the batteries 1, a circuit board 5 connected to the batteries 1, and a battery case 6 housing the battery holder 2 with the circuit board 5 and the batteries 1 arranged at a regular position. The battery pack unit has a heat-dissipation plate 8 arranged in thermal coupling through a thermal conductive sheet 7 of an insulation material on a surface of the connection plate 3 arranged at an end face electrode of each of the batteries 1. The battery case 6 is provided with an opening 9 with the heat-dissipation plate 8 exposed outside on an opposite face. The battery pack unit discharges heat generated at each of the batteries 1 in conduction to the heat-dissipation plate 8 through the connection plate 3 and the thermal conductive sheet 7 to be coupled with the end face electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
