FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Implant includes upper and lower parts of implant, which are connected to each other by means of at least one connection. Upper part of implant with its upper side, and lower part of implant with its lower side respectively are applied on bones connected to each other in mobile way with rest upon them. Upper and/or lower part of implant includes regions of connection, which respectively form part of connection. Included is means of connection, which connects upper and lower parts of implant to each other with formation of assembled constructive unit and provision of possibility of joint movement. In accordance with the invention upper and/or lower part of implant respectively includes facing respective bone, fixed on it support part, which forms upper and/or, respectively, lower side of implant, as well as attached to support part of connection, including area of connection of implant part. Alternatively or additionally means of connection passes in fact parallel to longitudinal axis of implant and is fixed in open from the bone side area of connection of upper and/or lower part of implant, with socket being at least partly or at least in fact fully covered with covering element, moved across longitudinal axis of implant.EFFECT: invention provides possibility of simple adaptation to various anatomical conditions, simplicity in application and long service term.18 cl, 3 dwg |
