FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: plant for connection of at least two bands (10, 20) of cellulose wadding with or without labeling of the said bands. It comprises the first embossing unit with a hard roller (5A1) which is equipped with embossing protrusions, and a roller with a deformable surface (5C1) which can press to the hard roller (5A1). Stamping of the first band (10) of the cellulose wadding is made by pulling the first band (10) between the hard roller (5A1) and the roller with a deformable surface (5C1). The connecting roller (5M) can be superimposed on the hard roller (5A1) connecting the first band (10) with the second band (20). Both bands are passed between the connecting roller (5M) and the hard roller (5A1) of the first embossing unit. The plant comprises additional connecting roller (5M2) which can press on the connecting roller (5M) to connect two bands of cellulose wadding. Connection is carried out by drawing these bands between the connecting roller (5M) and the additional connecting roller (5M2). It should be noted that the connection is carried out without labeling when the first band is passed around the first hard roller (5A1), and a roller with a deformable surface (5C1) does not press on the hard roller (5A1).EFFECT: plant enables to produce normal embossed product or plain product without labeling, with the connected layers, and makes an opportunity to switch easily from one method of production to another.10 cl, 5 dwg |
