<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve the adhesive force between a light absorption layer and a buffer layer by mixing process gas with cohesion prevention gas in a sputtering process. CONSTITUTION: A back surface electrode layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A first precursor layer(132) is formed on the back surface electrode layer. A second precursor layer(134) made of indium is formed by using a sputtering process. A light absorption layer is formed on a multi-layer precursor layer including the first and the second precursor layer. A buffer layer is formed on the light absorption layer.</p> |
