PURPOSE: A synthetic resin parison blow molded vessel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a blow molded vessel with a thick bottom like a conventional hyaline blow molded vessel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a synthetic resin parison blow molded vessel comprises following steps. Raw material is supplied to a material supply hopper. The moisture of the raw material is removed. The raw material put into the material supply hopper is transferred by a transfer screw. The raw material is fused by a heating element of a fusing tube. The fused raw material is transferred to a parison molding extrusion die(210) installed at one side of an extruder. The parison(P) is extruded by a parison molding extrusion die. The parison is placed on the mold after the extrusion. The mold is closed and a blow molded vessel is shaped by pressing the inside with air. |
