PURPOSE: A reel device having a three-dimensional sheet is provided to arouse a gamer's interest by providing a three-dimensional image, reduce the generation of moire, and generate a three-dimensional effect up and down as well. CONSTITUTION: A reel device having a three-dimensional sheet includes a rotary reel(110), a 3D(Three-Dimensional) sheet(120), and a fixing member. The 3D sheet is equipped on the peripheral surface of the rotary reel, and implements a 3D image. The fixing member fixes the 3D sheet to the rotary reel. The 3D sheet includes a convex lens layer, a transparent layer, an actual image printing layer, and a 3D printing layer. Convex lenses are formed on the front surface of the convex lens layer with a certain pattern. The transparent layer has a thickness corresponding to the focal distance of the convex lens. The actual image printing layer is formed on the upper side of the transparent layer or the convex lens layer. The 3D printing layer has a pattern angle and arrangement identical to those of the convex lens layer.
