PURPOSE: An automatic donation processing system through mapping with a payment account, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof are provided to automatically transfer a donation of a set ratio to a mapped account of a donation company, and to perform a payment at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A call reception processing module(210) processes the connection of a call received from a service user. A phone number extracting module(220) provides a connection phone number of the service user to a donation processing module(240). The donation processing module confirms account information of a donation company mapped with the connection phone number from a donation business mapping information database(270), calculates the amount of donation for a payment of the service user, and automatically transfers the calculated donation to an account of the donation company.
