PURPOSE: A rail mount and a fixing device for a welding carriage rail including the same are provided to fix a rail on the surface made of non-ferrous metal, plastic, or glass. CONSTITUTION: A rail mount and a fixing device for a welding carriage rail comprise a fixing unit, a body, a slider, a rotating unit, and a rail coupling unit. The slider is connected to the upper part of the body in order to horizontally move to the installation surface. The rotating unit is rotatably connected to the upper part of the slider in order to horizontally rotate to the installation surface. One side of the rail coupling unit is connected to the rotating unit and rotates with the rotating unit. The other side is connected to the welding carriage rail.
