<p>PURPOSE: An exhaust downpipe for a vehicle is provided to install an inlet part, an inflow rounded part, a branched line part, and a base part inside the downpipe, thereby improving the flow uniformity of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust downpipe for a vehicle includes a base part(1), an inlet part(3), an inflow rounded part(5), and a branched line part(7). The base part is connected to the upper end of a vertical and cylindrical catalytic converter(9). The inlet part is horizontally and circularly opened. The inflow rounded part linearly proceeds from the inlet part along a horizontal direction, and then is downwardly bent toward the base part. The branched parts are branched off from the inflow rounded part in both directions, are formed into smooth arcs, and then are connected to both outer and upper sides of the base part.</p> |
