PURPOSE: A single-walled carbon nano tube/cellulose composite is provided to improve the electric, mechanical, and thermal properties of cellulose by uniformly dispersing a single-walled carbon nano tube to the cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A single-walled carbon nano tube/cellulose composite contains a single-walled carbon nano tube and cellulose. The single-walled carbon nano tube is included in the composite for 0.01~70.0wt%. A manufacturing method of the single-walled carbon nano tube/cellulose composite comprises the following steps: preparing the single-walled carbon nano tube; obtaining a mixed solution containing N-methylmorpholine-N- oxide(NMMO) solution and the single-walled carbon nano tube; sonicating the mixed solution; and mixing the cellulose to the mixed solution. |
