PURPOSE: A core competence enhancement employment support system and a system management method thereof are provided to enable university students or young unemployed people to accurately diagnose employment competence, to establish a self-development plan, and to support education for the established plan. CONSTITUTION: A competence diagnosing unit(110) calculates core competence diagnosis data by comparing employment core competence data with input data of a user. A self-development planning unit(120) transmits the core competence diagnosis data to a learner terminal(510) and receives self-development plan selection data from the learner terminal. A learning unit(160) transmits learning data to the learner terminal and receives learning performance data from the learner terminal.
