An automotive apparatus for preventing oil pressure from being increased is provided to reduce output flux and oil pressure by operating an unloading valve through changing the voltage value of a variable resistor. An automotive apparatus for preventing oil pressure from being increased comprises: an active stroke part in which an inner rotor and an outer rotor of an oil pump cover compress and transfer the oil; and an unloading valve(20) installed at the active stroke part. The unloading valve controls the oil amount transferred from a low pressure area to a high pressure area. The unloading valve is a magnetic solenoid valve type. The stroke value of a relief valve(30) installed at an oil pump output terminal is set up as output value. A variable resistor converts the battery voltage into voltage value. The opening of the unloading valve is adjusted. |
