WAVELET IMAGE CODING METHOD FOR LCD OVERDRIVE

摘要

PURPOSE: A wavelet image coding method is provided to code a wavelet sequence in a fixed order for increasing memory capacity, thereby effectively removing motion blurs. CONSTITUTION: A wavelet image coding method comprises the steps of: receiving inputs about the previous frame data in RGB signals; transforming the RGB signals to YCbCr signals; segmenting the YCbCr signals into multiple one-dimensional blocks; transforming the multiple one-dimensional blocks to wavelet coefficients through discrete wavelet transform; storing the wavelet coefficients in a buffer after merging the wavelet coefficients into one sequence; and coding the sequence into a bit stream by n-pixel.
