CURABLE AMINE, CARBOXYLIC ACID FLUX COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF SOLDERING

PURPOSE: An amine-carboxylic acid flux composite and a soldering method are provided to easily manufacture electric parts with soldered and encapsulated electric inner connections. CONSTITUTION: An amine-carboxylic acid flux composite comprises a resin component with at least two oxirane groups per molecule, a carboxylic acid, an amine flux agent, and an auxiliary curing agent as initial components. A soldering method comprises; providing a curable flux composite, a plurality of primary electric contact points, a plurality of secondary electric contact points, and solder; a step for applying the curable flux composite to a plurality of primary electric contact points and secondary electric contact points; and a step for positioning the primary electric contact points to the secondary electric contact points to be close; a step for positioning the primary electric contact points to the secondary electric contact points to be closed; a step for forming molten solder by heating the solder over reflow temperature; a step for exposing the molten solder to the primary electric contact points and the secondary electric contact points; a step for displacing the curable flux composite with the molten solder; a step for forming a plurality of electric inner connections between the primary electric contact points and the secondary electric contact points; and a step for curing the resin component and encapsulating the electric inner connections.
