POLYAMINE, CARBOXYLIC ACID FLUX COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF SOLDERING

PURPOSE: An amine-carboxylic acid flux composite and a soldering method are provided to easily obtain compatibility with various underfill composites in order to omit a soldered surface washing process before applying the underfill composites to form a final electric joint. CONSTITUTION: An amine-carboxylic acid flux composite and a soldering method comprise a carboxylic acid and a polyamine fluxing agent as initial components. A soldering method comprises: a step for providing an electrical contact and a flux composite; a step for providing solder and melting the solder; and a step for displacing the flux composite applied to the electric contact with the molten solder. The molten solder is in physical contact with the electric contact and thereby joined to the electric contact.
