A BINDING MOLECULE GENERATED FROM HUMAN B-CELLS ABLE TO NEUTRALIZE INFLUENZA A VIRUSES

PURPOSE: A binding molecule with influenza A virus neutralizing activity, which is produced from human B cells is provided to prevent and treat diseases caused by influenza A virus. CONSTITUTION: A binding molecule has a neutralizing activity with respect to influenza A virus. The binding molecule is produced from B cells of patient blood, who is infected by influenza A virus and has recovered. The influenza A virus is selected from the group consisting of H1, H3, H5, H7, and H9 subtypes. The binding molecule is used for diagnosing influenza A virus.
