PURPOSE: A main surface heat exchanger with a 3D heat exchange channel is provided to improve the efficiency of a heat exchange as the compressed air of low temperature and the exhaust gas of high temperature, which counter-flow in a flowing passage of the 3D heat exchange channel, forms a secondary eddy by the 3D heat exchange channel. CONSTITUTION: A main surface heat exchanger with a 3D heat exchange channel comprises a first foil(110), a second foil(120), a first inlet, a second inlet unit, a first outlet, and a second outlet. The first foil includes a first main surface unit(111) with a concavo-convex surface of a first waveform for forming one side of the 3D heat exchange channel. The second foil includes a second main surface unit(121) with a concavo-convex surface of a second waveform having a phase difference with the first waveform for forming the other side of the 3D heat exchange channel. The second inlet unit supplies second fluid between each one side of the first and second main surface units. The first inlet unit supplies first fluid to the other side of the first main surface unit.
