PURPOSE: An LED lamp for biaxial rotation is provided to freely control the direction of light and to prevent the generation of a dark region. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) forms the outward appearance. A body part(20) is rotatably coupled with a first shaft in the frame. A lamp part(30) is rotatably connected to a second shaft in the body part. A cover(50) covers only the lamp part of the body part to open a lighting region. An inclined reflection part(40) is formed in the hollow part of the body part. The reflection part reflects the light of the lamp part to the outside.
