PURPOSE: A vacuum chamber UV-LED curing apparatus is provided to prevent degradation of an LED chip due to irradiation of an irradiation unit combined with a standby state unit combination unit, to maximize light efficiency and to cool heating of an LED chip using cooling water flow in a water-cooling jacket and a heatsink. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber UV-LED curing apparatus includes a vacuum chamber, an LED installation jacket(120), a vent(130), an upper plate(140), a lower plate and an inlet/outlet pipe(160). The LED installation jacket is installed inside of the body. The LED installation jacket includes a unit combination unit in which an irradiation unit is combined, a discharge unit and a water-cooling jacket. The discharge unit penetrates into a side of the unit combination unit to discharge a wiring connected to the irradiation unit to the outside. The water-cooling jacket is formed in the lower side corresponding to the unit combination unit and cooling water passes therein. The vent penetrates into a side of the vacuum chamber by being connected to the discharge unit and is protruded to the outside. The upper plate seals the unit combination unit by being combined in the upper side of the LED installation jacket. The lower plate is combined with the lower side of the LED installation jacket. The inlet/outlet pipe penetrates the side of the vacuum chamber by being connected to the supply hole, supplies cooling water to the water-cooling jacket from the outside and discharges the cooling water from the water-cooling jacket to the outside. Inside of the vacuum chamber is in a vacuum state, the inside of the unit combination unit is blocked from the inside of the vacuum chamber through the upper plate, and the unit combination unit is in a standby state since the discharge unit of the unit combination unit is connected through the vent. |
