PURPOSE: A functional cleaning tool is provided to move garbage into a storage main body using a rotation cleaning module without users bending the waist or sweeping. CONSTITUTION: A functional cleaning tool comprises a storage main body(110), a main frame(120), and a rotation cleaning module. The mainframe is formed in the upper direction of the storage main body. The rotation cleaning module is combined in the mainframe and moves garbage into the storage main body by rotating the end. The rotation cleaning module comprises a first sub-frame unit(210), a second sub-frame unit(220), and a third sub-frame unit(230). The first sub-frame unit is axis-connected to the upper end of the main frame. The second sub frame unit delivers the rotary movement of the first sub-frame unit to the lower direction. The third sub-frame unit is connected to the end of the second sub-frame unit and rotates a rotation plate(240).
